What do I need to set you up as a carrier?
Our legal name, USDOT and MC numbers are on this page. For the full packet (W-9, certificate of insurance and operating authority), use the request button on the Brokers & shippers page and dispatch will email it to you.
How much can the truck carry?
Up to 10,000 lbs and 12 standard pallets in a 26-foot box with a 96 in × 96 in door opening. Heavier loads or oversize pieces need a custom quote.
Do you have a liftgate?
Yes, a 3,000 lb liftgate and a pallet jack ride on every truck. Tell us if you need the liftgate at pickup, delivery or both.
What are your insurance limits?
$100,000 cargo and $1,000,000 auto liability. If your customer needs different limits or a named certificate holder, ask before booking.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You get a pickup confirmation, location updates while the truck is moving and the proof of delivery as soon as it is unloaded. Call dispatch any time for a live check.
